No cookies, no ad trackers, no data resale. Audience measurement is aggregated and cookieless. If any part of this site ever requires a cookie, a consent banner will appear at that point.

  • Emails you send us (contact, audit requests): to reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. Kept for the duration of the business exchange.
  • Meeting booking: provided by Cal.com on its European offering, under its own privacy policy.
  • Your product account (if you create one): email address and login data, to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Transactional emails (confirmation, password reset) are sent by Resend from Ireland.
  • Data processed by the product: Skip analyzes your organization's AI traffic to detect risks. This processing is performed on your behalf, in the European Union, with short metadata retention (30 days by default, depending on the plan). Content analyzed by Skip Shadow is never stored: only metadata (categories, volumes, timestamps) is retained.

EU hosting (Scaleway, France; database in the Paris region), website delivery (Vercel), transactional email (Resend, Ireland), automated review of detection alerts (Mistral AI, European Union, without content storage).
